Description

The EARTH (Education and Research Towards Health) Study was designed to identify protective and risk factors for chronic diseases among Alaska Native people. The study enrolled 3, 828 Alaska Native and American Indian participants living in Alaska from 2004 through 2006. Funding was provided by a grant from the National Cancer Institute. These data provide information on the health status of a large number of Alaska Native and American Indian people. We hope these data will be used to further improve the health of Alaska Native people.
